Reporting a document that converts badly

Conversion quality is the whole point of this site, and real-world failure reports are gold. If a document comes out wrong, please include:

• Which tool you used (e.g. Markdown to PDF, PDF to Markdown) and what looked wrong in the output.
• Your browser and operating system.
• The exact error message, if one was shown.

Because everything runs in your browser, we never see your documents — attaching a sample is entirely optional, but it helps us reproduce the problem if you're comfortable sharing one.
