EveryMarkdown is a collection of free Markdown tools that run entirely in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

EveryMarkdown provides browser-based tools for viewing Markdown and converting between Markdown and other document formats. All processing happens on your device; we never receive your documents. The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We work hard on conversion quality, but we cannot guarantee that every document converts correctly, that output is suitable for any particular purpose, or that the service is available at all times. Always keep your original files and verify converted results before relying on them — to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for data loss, incorrect output, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Your documents stay yours

You keep all rights to the documents you process. Because files never leave your device, we never obtain a copy of them and claim no rights over them or over the converted results. You are responsible for having the right to process the documents you use.

Acceptable use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or abuse the site or its infrastructure.
• Don't misrepresent EveryMarkdown as your own service when embedding or linking to it.

Third-party services

Web-hosted images referenced by your documents load from their own hosts under those hosts' terms, and outbound links lead to sites we don't control. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what leaves your device and when.

Changes

We may update the tools or these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
